Title: "The World Doesn't Want Me Anymore"
In fact, I wanted to create this work a long time ago and should have done it, but it has been delayed until now for various reasons. I hope it's not too late. Now I'm going to tell a story that will take you to another world, a dark and deep world:
She was a pretty little girl and perhaps also liked to laugh because she was her parents' little princess. One day she wanted to go home after school like she always did, only this time she would never see her parents again. She was sold to a dirty man in a strange village. She fought back and was almost beaten to death. She bit and all her teeth were pulled. She cursed and the tip of her tongue was cut off. She screamed, her throat hoarse with poison. She was like a broken doll, forgotten in a dark corner. Until one day she was accidentally discovered by a strange visitor. She was chained like a dog in a dirty and shabby cottage. Her body shook in the cold wind because of her thin clothes. By now she was a mother of 8 children, 7 boys, one girl... because the man only wanted to keep the boys. Then her story became known to more and more people, but this did not bring her freedom. For fear of being held accountable, the government put her in a psychiatric hospital and handcuffed her to the bed. She once said in front of the camera that the world didn't want her anymore.
I wish it was just a story. I wish it was the only one. However, the long-standing one-child policy has resulted in large numbers of female infants being killed and abandoned, and the male-to-female ratio is grossly disproportionate. A lot of men in the villages just can't find wives, except... Where there's a demand, there's a market, so an industrial chain is booming. The "products" are very popular, the supply is plentiful, 1the cost is extremely low, and the government is also involved. Humans are only drawn to the glittering scales, but turn a blind eye as the great red dragon devours countless lives.
